Our contracting and billing team collaborates with the development and implementation teams to ensure that agreements capture partner organizations’ needs, are well-defined, compliant, and mutually beneficial. Once contracts are in place, the team works to generate accurate invoices and tracks payments to reconcile accounts. The team is available to answer contract and invoice questions to ensure that services are billed as anticipated.
