Clinical Informatics Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Clinical Informatics Coordinator works with subject matter experts and informatics specialist team members to develop, deliver, and optimize training for electronic medical records (EMRs) and telemedicine software based upon workflow and application design. Develops and implements the training program for respective application(s). Creates and maintains all training materials. The Clinical Informatics Coordinator is a key member of the project team and helps ensure long term success of the telemedicine program, beginning with successful provider onboarding and orientation to a new telemedicine program. The Clinical Informatics Coordinator provides onsite and virtual system training, and support to providers of Teledigm Health & Bryan Telemedicine. The Clinical Informatics Coordinator independently coordinates training tasks, manages internal and external communications related to the provider training and support: including timelines, and established project milestones while developing relationships with clinicians. Once a telemedicine program has been successfully launched, the Clinical Informatics Coordinator continues fostering relationships through regular check-ins with and ongoing support for the telemedicine providers.
Responsibilities for Clinical Informatics Coordinator
Communicates and assists with schedules related to educational opportunities, including E-Learning and onsite or remote training
Utilizes a variety of learning media to accomplish educational objectives
Creates end-user quick guides and tip sheets when indicated and beneficial to the end user
Independently provides providers with appropriate educational references related to workflows and overall programs
Serves as an ambassador of the telemedicine platform and associated system
Maintains and enhances curriculum with product information, clinical workflow recommendations, and materials for new programs, enhancements or services as appropriate
Troubleshoots problems for the provider throughout the telemedicine interaction
Proactively seeks provider feedback for potential issues and implements solutions when challenges threaten to impact provider satisfaction or program success
Communicates authentically and builds strong relationships with provider contacts
Uses a process of continual quality improvement, incorporating the feedback from users and the go-live support team to further refine the curriculum over time
Conducts other projects and duties as required
Qualifications and Skills for Clinical Informatics Coordinator
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in health care highly preferred
Previous technology/system implementation experience
Experience in training and providing customer support
Ability to present information to various audiences – from formal presentations to impromptu training
Ability to communicate technical concepts to end users in a user-friendly, easily understandable manner
Demonstrated success working with providers
Motivated and proactive with superior organizational skills, the Clinical Informatics Coordinator must have the ability to balance and manage competing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in moving between tasks and projects
Highly motivated problem solver
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects and varying priorities
Ability to transition easily from independent work to team involvement
Ability to follow standard course curriculum and adapt to suit audience needs and create or revise course exercises
Excellent communication skills with multiple organizational levels
Strong affinity for understanding new technology

Clinical Integration Specialist
Position Summary:
The Clinical Integration Specialist is a key member of the project team and helps ensure long term success of the telemedicine program, beginning with executing successful program implementations for telemedicine services. The Clinical Integration Specialist provides onsite and virtual workflow development, training, and support to customers of Teledigm Health & Bryan Telemedicine with clinical knowledge, workflow and program expertise. The project team works with customers throughout the implementation process, beginning with the clinical assessment and planning through the program launch. The Clinical Integration Specialist collaborates with members of the project team to coordinate project tasks, manages internal and external communications related to the client implementation: including timelines, and established project milestones while developing relationships with clinicians. Once a telemedicine program has been successfully launched, the Clinical Integration Specialist continues fostering relationships through periodic check-ins with customer site clinicians.
Responsibilities for Clinical Integration Specialist
Works with customers remotely and at customer sites to successfully implement Telemedicine programs
Communicates and assists with schedules related to educational opportunities, including E-Learning and onsite training
Consistently prepares to deliver training at customer locations with confidence and passion
Independently provides customers with appropriate educational references related to workflows and overall programs
Maintains and enhances curriculum with product information, clinical workflow recommendations, and materials for new programs, enhancements or services as appropriate
Troubleshoots problems during product testing throughout the launch process of implementation
Facilitates workflow meetings and program expertise during the Go Live process
Ensures customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
Detects potential issues and implements solutions when challenges threaten to impact customer satisfaction or program success
Communicates authentically and builds strong relationships with customer contacts
Conducts other projects and duties as required
Qualifications and Skills for Clinical Integration Specialist
RN licensure
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in health care highly preferred
Minimum 3 years of hospital-based, clinical experience
Previous technology/system implementation experience
Experience in training and providing customer support
Clinical Informatics experience preferred
Ability to present information to various audiences – from formal presentations to impromptu training
Ability to communicate technical concepts to end users in a user-friendly, easily understandable manner
Demonstrated success working with customers
Motivated and proactive with superior organizational skills, the Clinical Integration Specialist must have the ability to balance and manage competing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in moving between tasks and projects
