Shane has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry including clinical experience as a Paramedic and Registered Nurse in various clinical settings. He has held multiple administrative, educational and leadership positions in the healthcare industry. He has served on multiple boards including the Nebraska State Board of Health.

Shane developed a passion to assist rural hospitals and communities by developing innovative solutions that ultimately increase access to high quality healthcare services beyond the traditional methods. The pursuit of this passion led to co-founding of Teledigm Health and Bryan Telemedicine.

Shane and Bryan Telemedicine were the recipient of the 2022 Transformational Leadership Award presented by Teladoc at the Forum in Boston, MA.
