Brian J. Bossard, MD

Dr. Brian Bossard received his BS in Biology from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and completed his medical training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he also completed his internal medicine residency training. He is board certified in internal medicine. After residency, Dr. Bossard returned to Lincoln where he served as President and managing partner of Lincoln Internal Medicine Associates before founding hospital medicine practices at Bryan Health in Lincoln in 2001, at Great Plains Health in North Platte in 2009, and at Columbus Community Hospital in 2010. Dr. Bossard is cofounder of Teledigm Health, and Teledigm Physician Services, where he currently serves as President and CEO. Dr. Bossard also is cofounder of Bryan Telemedicine where he currently serves as President. Dr. Bossard has served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine and also as Chief of Staff at Bryan Health. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Lancaster County Medical Society as well as on the Board of Directors of Bryan Medical Center. Dr. Bossard also served as a founding member of a physician editorial advisory panel for the Society of Hospital Medicine publication, "The Hospitalist." He and his wife Monica have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren.

 


Jaime K. Dodge, MD

Dr. Jaime Dodge received a BS in Health Sciences from Chadron State College in Chadron, NE. He attended medical school at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and graduated in 2002. He completed his residency at the Lincoln Medical Education Partnership in 2005. He is board certified in Family Medicine since 2005. He served in both Iraq and Afghanistan as a physician for the Army National Guard. Dr. Dodge has practiced Family Medicine in Alliance, NE and Ida Grove, IA. Since 2011 he has served as a faculty physician at the Siouxland Medical Education Foundation Family Medicine residency program in Sioux City, Iowa. He holds teaching positions at medical schools in Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians.

 


Nicole Anderson Ericksen, MD

Dr. Nicole Anderson Ericksen is a Northeast Nebraska native. She received a BS in Chemistry/Health Sciences from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. She attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE and graduated in 2001. She completed Internal Medicine residency in 2004 and a chief resident year in 2005 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is board certified in Internal Medicine since 2004. Dr. Ericksen enjoys traveling, antique furniture shopping and spending time with friends and family and loves animals and children. She and her husband Bruce live near Ponca, Nebraska with their dog and four cats.

 


Brandon J. Essink, MD

Dr. Brandon Essink received a BS from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, NE. He attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, in Omaha, NE, graduating in 2001. He completed his residency in Family Practice at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2003 and a Family Practice Procedural Fellowship in 2004. He is board certified in Family Practice since 2003. He has practiced Family Medicine since 2004. He has also served as Principal Investigator at Meridian Clinical Research in Omaha for numerous medical studies since 2003. Brandon currently lives in Creighton, NE, with his wife of 15 years and their 3 children Kyler (13), Sena (11) and Jack (7).

 


Mark S. Howerter, MD

Dr. Mark Howerter received a BA in chemistry from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, NE. He attended medical school at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, in Omaha, NE and graduated in 1985. He completed his Family Practice residency in 1988 with a chief resident year in 1988. He is board certified through the American Board of Family practice since 1988. Dr. Howerter spent five years in family practice and has over 20 years of experience in Emergency Medicine. He enjoys spending time in his tool shop, sports, travel and yardwork. He and his wife Dee live in Columbus, NE and have 8 children, 4 grandchildren, 3 dogs and a cat.

 


John Mazour, MD

Dr. John Mazour attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical School in Omaha, NE, graduating in 1991. He completed his residency in Primary Care with Rural Training in 1994. Dr. Mazour is board certified in Family Medicine. He and his wife Kayleen live near Albion, NE and have 6 children.

 


Asha R. Schweitzer, DO

Dr. Asha Schweitzer received a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, NE. She attended medical school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL and graduated in 2009. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the Lincoln Family Medicine Program in Lincoln, NE in 2012. She is board certified in Family Medicine since 2012. Dr. Schweitzer is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Society of Hospital Medicine.


Tim Sullivan, MD

Dr. Tim Sullivan is a native Nebraskan, born in Grand Island, NE and raised on the family farm near Doniphan, NE. He received a BS in Biology from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, NE and attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, graduating in 1986. He completed his residency at the Lincoln Family Practice Program in 1989. He is board certified in Family Practice since 1989. He continues to work with his family, farming in Hall county and Seward county in Nebraska. He and his wife Mary Clare live in Lincoln, NE, have 2 grown children and work together at their medical practice Coddington Medical Family Practice in west Lincoln.
